    payroll (Manpower Solutions) on monthly basis.

HR Communication and support to Talent Management:
-Support for Internal Job Posting & Joining announcements – drafting
and getting the communication approved from line manager and HR
- Managed & collaborated with external vendor for IJP operational
process by making groups and following up to send the assessment and
completing on time.
- SPOC for HR email box for all HR & Organizational mail sent to employees. - Employee File Creation: Creating physical file folders of employees
documents

  • Induction & Onboarding

- Ensuring the Joining email for new employee is sent along with Desk

instructions are been sent to admin.
-Ensure that the Job req. & hiring process is sent to the hiring manager & completed well in advance -Induction: Organizing the Induction and execution of the same for all
