• Oversaw the loading and unloading process of goods from containers into trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Conducted periodic inspections of the premises to identify any issues or deficiencies in safety standards, or operational efficiency.
• Observed yard traffic to determine track availability to accommodate inbound and outbound traffic.
• Inspected incoming loads for damage before unloading them from trucks into storage areas.
• Evacuated import movement transportation was conducted using around 20 transporters within the time.

• Ensured timely and efficient services provided to CHAs, importers, consignees, shipping lines, and forwarders.
• Resolving container-related issues with proper coordination with shipping lines, the port team to resolve seal mismatches, damaged container queries, and no-location containers in terminals.

• Handled import laden, import empties, as well as export evacuation.
