Swarit Kelkar

Passionate and experienced Vocalist, Music Educator, Music Composer and Arranger with several years of experience in live performances, music teaching and studio related works. Bringing forth a self motivated attitude and a lifelong love and commitment to music and teaching.

• Swarit has been taking formal training in Classical as well as Light music from a very young age.
• He started stage performances at a very tender age of 3 when he was in the South America for 3 years.
• After coming back he has performed in numerous stage concerts and competitions across India and even abroad.
• He is a part of Kailash Kher’s band ‘Kailasa’ for special concept shows.
• He also started to perform in Navratri from 2005 at the age of 8 and has been performing since then leading the group.
• He has been teaching music from the past 4 years personally to local and international students.
• He also has a band named “Fusiona” who perform fusions and original compositions with interesting arrangements.
• He received the prestigious “Scholarship To Young Artistes” from Centre for Cultural Resources and Training under the Ministry Of Culture,Government of India.
• He was launched as an upcoming talent by Kailash Kher under his initiative’Nayii Udaan’.
• He has performed infront of various personalities like Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, Rekha Bhardwaj, Suresh Wadkar, Kailash Kher, Ranjit Barot, Shaan, Papon, Prasoon Joshi.
• Made it to top 30 of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’ll Champs.
• Won Radio City 91.1 Super Singer Title in the year 2015.
• First Runners Up in Radio Mirchi 98.3 “Mirchi Tansen” in the year 2016.
• Composed and sung the title song for Radio City’s Gujarat Day show called “Jashn-e-Gujarat” in which the greats of music industry like SalimSulaiman, Amit Trivedi, Sachin-Jigar, Shaan, Sanam Puri, Divya Kumar were a part of it.
