There are three projects I have worked on in this organization.

The projects are the Case Tracking System, The Media-Based Application, and Safe Log (the organisation's own product).

• Designed and customized scalable database schemas for multi-client issue-tracking systems.
• Developed backend modules for client onboarding and case tracking automation using Node.js.
• Built the application from scratch, where we have integrated IDP login and used JWT for authentication.

Here, the product is a CRM tool that is being used by multiple insurance companies.

• Developed REST APIs to manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Designed alerting mechanisms and dynamic reports for sales insights.
• Integrated Elasticsearch and MongoDB for advanced data analytics.
• Improved query performance through schema optimization and indexing.

Here I have worked on an e-commerce application that is based on microservice architecture. We have used Node.js, Core Java, and Spring Boot for this application.

• Built microservices for e-commerce workflows, including user onboarding and transactions.
• Developed serverless backend architecture using AWS Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB.
• We have implemented a service for this project (Transaction Service) using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Implemented monitoring and logging using CloudWatch.
