- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company goals.
- Arranging spare from supplier
- Involved in tool spare part planning and inventory control.
- New product development projects - Successfully completed Vinfast, Tata motors – Narrow cap LHD, Navistar M&M Mahindra RW36 wiper projects.
- Coordinating with NPD( New product development) team to have updates in each stage of project development for smooth launch.
- Created and implemented project plans for new or improved industrial processes.
- Coordinating with Design & Quality team for analysis of line rejections, field failures and part fitment trials as per customer requirements.
- Responsible for new machine commissioning and prove out trials with existing product family.
- Maintaining tools consumable 2T, PM activities and quality & ISO documentations.
- Responsible for developing PFC & PFMEA, Control Plan, Mixing matrix, SOP
- Team member for analysis and implementation corrective actions for rejection.
- Design, implement & regularize simple changes in tool and process.
