• As a Branch head of branch balance sheet size up to 100 crores, responsible for business growth as per the targets set by the management from time to time.
• Responsible for effective customer service, smooth branch operations, compliance of RBI guidelines & BCSBI guidelines and compliance of Internal audit & vigilance observations.
• Well versed with the Finacle operations, credit assessment & analysis of corporate proposals up to limits of 100 crores.
• Well versed with retail & MSME lending including Home loans, vehicle loans & mortgage loans and other bank's customized asset products.
• Credit appraisal, recommendation and sanctioning of proposals.
• Compliance of BASEL III norms, KYC & AML guidelines.
• Preparation and submission of periodical reconciliation statements and closing statements.
• Responsible for conducting meeting with other consortium banks as a leader of consortium banks.
• Achieving targets set by the SLBC & LDM and priority sector targets mandated by the RBI.

Responsible for Customer service Operations, Finacle operations, Clearing operations and reconciliation. Monthly reconciliation of Service tax, Mapping of RBC codes, Quarterly preparation of closing statements.
