A Study of immiscibility in a H2O-CO2 Binary System                                           08/2023 to 05/2024

• Investigated immiscibility behavior of crustal fluids, leading to phase separation into CO2-rich and H2O-rich phases

• Developed MATLAB code to compute fugacity coefficients for an H2O-CO2 binary mixture using Prausnitz equation

• Designed a graphical user interface (GUI) to calculate PVTX properties and phase equilibria of the H2O-CO2 system

Established a mathematical model using Null’s Algorithm to predict immiscibility behavior in the H2O-CO2 system
