Renovation Write-off:
Close monitorization or tracking of opening stocks for both RM and PM, to ensure lowest slob possibility in co-ordination with internal stakeholders like Demand, material and production planners.
Achieved ~65% reduction in total Write-off in Innovation projects.
In F23, Renovation of Mid prestige brand has been closed with a write-off of 1.6 Cr, vs 3.6 Cr. in F19 (~54% reduction)
OTIF:
Responsible for reducing lead-time by ~30% which helped, gain first mover advantage due to launch in peak season, with 100% product quality assurance.
Unit Readiness:
End to End co-ordination with unit and internal stake holders like, Material planners, DP’s, PP’s, unit QC and finance for FG code release to the demand plan flowing in the New FG code on O9 system. Thus, ensuring the right quantity of RM and PM ordering against the demand Plan
Accountable for P.O. release with material planners and unit team, Material readiness, QC sign-off, Ready to dispatch.
Innovation and Renovation
Managed the execution of Innovation and renovation projects via Navigate process from G1 to G5 across multiple channels and markets.
Developed and executed comprehensive project plans including timelines, Budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful brand transitions.
Successfully delivered 10% NSV growth for innovation portfolio in F22
Collaborated with cross functional teams like, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, operations, LR, Pack and Liquid teams to align Brand change efforts with business objective.
Facilitated collaboration among network members to drive and accelerate the development process.
Achieved 12% Market share of BII Scotch’s in F22 though renovation with the goal of brand premiumization, increase GM and expand the consumer pool.
BIO- Bottled in Origin (Imported to India)
End to End project delivery for new to India BIO segment with Global stake holders, India- Regulatory, finance, Demand planners, Brand marketing and Quality.
In F20, the launch of Guinness, Tanqueray, Talisker, Bailey’s strawberry and cream, Don Julio which helped to deliver a 10% growth in the total portfolio.
In F22, launch of Tanqueray Rangpur and Tanqueray Silvia, Lagavulin, Baileys salted caramel, Mortlach 16, Ron Zacapa, Casa Amigos which helped deliver a 15% growth
Specification management of different pack formats like Glass Bottles, plastic caps, labels, Outer cases & mono cartons.
1. Cost Optimization: Weight optimization in No.1 Whisky glass bottles (90ml, 180ml & 375ml) by 5 to 10% which delivered a savings of approx. 5Cr.
Outer case specification optimization from 5ply to 3ply in No.1 Whisky glass bottles (180ml & 375ml) which delivered a savings potential of approx. 1.5Cr.
2. Sustainability: Mono carton removal across all brands & markets which delivered a savings of approx. xxx Cr & xx T of paper.

Managing Packaging Innovation’s and Renovations for skin care products like Body lotion, jelly cream, lip balms, micellar water & body wash range.
Managing start to end packaging formats like Rigids (PP, PET, HDPE containers), sachets, Labels, Tubes, mono cartons, PP cartons & CFB including FAT.
Managing specification’s, Artwork approvals, BOM creations for skin care category.
Worked on cost saving projects like light weighting, laminate height reduction & CFB spec optimization.
Worked on Alternate Vendor developments.
Worked on Mold validation, print proof validation & shade card approvals.
Managing line trials across packaging formats of skin cleansing category and qualifying pack quality parameters for FG goods

To have been a part of in-house bottle manufacturing project by 3P ( India’s first in-house plant by Alpla India) and setting up of packaging lab at Hosur plant.
Evaluate & validate Hanger label to attain higher shelf visibility for Aircare product in folding carton.
Find and evaluate easy to tear band for soap combi-pack.
Identify the scope of bottle weight reduction in HDPE bottles through nitrogen flushing technology.
To accumulate and update mould related data in Mould management system (MMS software.)
To study, understand and recommend a best sun exposure test method to replicate real time scenario.
