As a Video Editor at MAPSystems, I contribute to high-quality post-production services for our UK-based client, Little Dot Studios. Little Dot Studios specializes in producing and distributing series, marathons, and films across various digital platforms, including YouTube, Entertainment, Network, and Syndication channels.

My role involves managing and editing video content based on task tickets assigned through the Asana board. Each ticket includes comprehensive details and resources, including video assets accessed via Iconic links. My responsibilities begin with downloading and organizing source files into predefined directories and proceed to meticulous editing aligned with platform standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Downloading assigned video assets from Iconic and organizing them into designated folders.
• Editing content to remove black screens, gaps, repeated titles, and Enhancing audio by removing background noise and ensuring proper synchronization.
• Inserting or removing ad breaks as required per ticket instructions.
• Adding required disclaimers, intros, and endboards based on the project type.
• Ensuring consistency and technical compliance in the final output.
• Updating video duration, ad break timecodes, and copyright information in Baserock.

My role involved managing video workflows from raw footage handling to final exports, ensuring a polished and engaging output tailored for the institution's YouTube channel and internal use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Copying and organizing raw footage into designated folder paths for streamlined workflow.
• Editing promotional videos, including the creation of 30-second highlight clips (promo points).
• Performing quality checks for black screens, audio/video gaps, and repeated content.
