Aegon Life Insurance Management System is a comprehensive web application that supports end-to-end insurance processes including policy creation, premium calculation, customer onboarding, claims management, and agency operations. The product ensures a seamless digital experience for customers and policy agents, driving improved operational efficiency, higher sales conversions, and stronger engagement with potential leads.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business requirements and prepared detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Performed functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing across multiple modules in ALIMS.
• Identified, documented, and tracked defects ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.
• Actively participated in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums & Reviews.
• Provided UAT support and collaborated closely with development teams to resolve bugs.
• Ensured high-quality releases by maintaining testing standards and adhering to delivery timelines.
• Communicated testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively with project stakeholders.

Project Description:
The Khadi Board Management System is a web-based application designed to digitalize and streamline the operations of Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB). The system supports processes such as product management, artisan registration, subsidy schemes, loan approvals, order processing, reporting, and administration tasks. It enables seamless interaction between field users, management, and government authorities, improving transparency, operational efficiency, and service delivery to artisans, and entrepreneurs.

• Collaborated with business and technical teams to understand project scope and testing needs.
• Designed test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
• Executed functional, smoke, regression, and UI testing for multiple modules within the KVIB application.
• Identified, logged, monitored, and validated defects to ensure quality deliverables.
• Contributed to project coordination ensuring timely delivery of test deliverables
• Performed cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and usability.
• Communicated test results, potential impacts, and bug severity levels effectively to the development team.
• Supported UAT activities and provided issue resolution assistance to stakeholders.
• Adapted test cases for evolving business requirements ensuring optimized test coverage.
