- Analyzing regularly Aetna brokers and members related data and monitor the jobs on daily basis in tidal application.
- Enhancements to the existing DataStage job designs to satisfy customer requirements.
- Fixing the regular job failures through the logic changes in back end process.
- Resolving the user tickets on daily basis which are received through service now.
- Engaging with clients to understand their specific business problems and challenges.
- Actively involved in Analyzing, debugging, testing and monitoring of existing Data Stage jobs.
- Extracting the members data from different databases and loading into the target tables for source usage.
- Interacting with multiple teams to identify and improve processes.
- Experience in Datastage design Analysis, issue root cause Analysis, Identifying business processes to automate.
- Have worked on few development tasks to decrease the regular job failures, provided the task outputs within the time interval.
- And also created new jobs by using the existing job logic to solve the user requirements .
- Maintain proper email communications with the business to avoid the escalations.
- Need to monitor regular job cycles and backend design flow whether FTP process picking correct files or not and loading process as well, end of the job it will send reports to business through email.
