· Researched and resolved issues regarding integrity of data flow into databases.

· Create and maintain Excel worksheets, web tools to ensure accurate, centralized client data needs.

My job role includes secondary research based on information needs of the clients on different companies which includes data about corporate actions (Merger & Acquisitions, Name Changes, Re Incorporation's) .

Work involves creation of content & coordination within team to settle client queries as well as requires effective time management skills to meet the deliverables effectively

• Researching and Building company profiles about deals happening worldwide. I use various news articles, press releases, SEC Filings, Registration, Regulatory Authorities, Government sites and other secondary sources of different markets to gather information about deals.
• Tracking and updating the shareholding structure of various private and public companies.
• Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto the database.
• Communicate with other teams for resolution of client queries on exchange of data.
• Proactively provide support to other market/ location teams as and when required.
• Ensure Data quality, accuracy, timeliness and productivity is maintained as per the standards set.
• Ensure timely response to client query mails and complete resolution of queries.
