It collects data from various downstream systems and builds analytics dashboards for management, campaign managers, and various other stakeholders within the organization.

Agents use various consoles to exchange information with visitors through multiple channels. Since the process of creating a new Active card was time-consuming and required a developer, [24]7.ai offered the Card Designer tool to minimize the effort of creating cards.
