Project : Central Data and AI Platform

Led the development and evolution of a centralized Data and AI Platform is a next gen AI Platform built on Azure and Databricks to enable scalable, secure, and automated ingestion, processing, and provisioning of engineering process data across the ASPICE V-Model lifecycle. The platform empowered data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights into engineering performance, Agile team productivity, and operational efficiency, while supporting advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases.

• Defined and executed the product vision and strategy for the Central Data and AI Platform by collaborating with engineering, data science, architecture, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational goals.
• Owned and prioritized the product backlog based on stakeholder requirements, business value, platform adoption metrics, and strategic roadmap alignment.
• Developed and managed product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of scalable data, analytics, and AI capabilities aligned with enterprise data strategy.
• Enabled self-service data onboarding and analytics by designing standardized data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning frameworks using Databricks and Unity Catalog.
• Designed and implemented event-driven, scalable data processing architectures using Databricks workflows, improving pipeline performance, reliability, and automation.
• Established secure, governance-compliant access management using Unity Catalog, implementing fine-grained access controls, role-based access, and data isolation to ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Partnered with platform engineering teams to optimize platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across batch, streaming, and AI/ML workloads.
• Facilitated continuous stakeholder engagement through demos, roadmap reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure platform adoption and alignment with evolving business needs.

Project: Over-the-Air Update Data Warehouse.

The Over-the-Air Update Data Warehouse (OUDW) is a central data warehousing solution for the entire Remote Update Platform, and the systems it consists of. It is primarily used for analytics and gaining insights from the data. It collects data from various downstream systems and builds analytics dashboards for management, campaign managers, and various other stakeholders within the organization.

• Optimized cloud resource costs for the team.
• Collaborated with end users to gather and implement requirements.
• Ensured data quality and integrity across ETL pipelines.
• Developed and monitored various ETL processes.

Project: Card Designer

[24]7 provides a powerful toolset, blending human and artificial intelligence, empowering agents to drive more productive and contextually relevant customer conversations. Agents use various consoles to exchange information with visitors through multiple channels. Since the process of creating a new Active card was time-consuming and required a developer, [24]7.ai offered the Card Designer tool to minimize the effort of creating cards.

• Developed ETL pipelines to process customer engagement data, and designed analytics solutions to identify and resolve issues in the customer engagement process.
• Addressed technical debts, and designed solutions.
• Led backlog grooming and sprint planning activities.
• Facilitated integration of the Card Designer tool with other systems.
• Assisted clients in resolving tickets.
• Oversaw product release activities.

Project: Asset Central.

Asset Central links production systems and assets with manufacturing and maintenance business processes to reduce operational and maintenance costs, and increase asset uptime.

• Owned and maintained applications such as Rules, Notifications, Workorders, and GDPR.
• Collaborated with product management and architects to develop technical designs.
• Worked with UX designers to finalise UI mock-ups.
• Managed customer tickets, and worked on performance improvement backlogs.
