Preparation and monitoring of product costing of Agro-chemical products in close coordination with plant technical team and capex evaluation.
Preparation of monthly forecast, Budgets and Long-range Plans for the business. Worked closely with CEO, CFO, Production, Sales and Strategy teams to deliver a holistic budget covering- product costs, Working capital, capex, R&D, fixed costs etc. with a topline of Rs.400 crore.
Supervising plant accounts and monthly closing of plant books and attending the monthly finance review with the CFO.

Lead the team to close month end books by 3rd of every month (head office) ensuring hygiene, accuracy and timelines.
Monitor credit control, ensure insurance coverage, support in assessing IND AS impact of any new type of transaction like lease, borrowing costs, R&D expense etc.
PROJECT: Working closely with Plant teams to monitor and reduce Production variable costs for FY26 by Rs.5 crore.

Collaborate with regional teams & plants to ensure smooth one-day-monthly closing and for the quarterly/annual closing for Crop Protection (CPB) & Animal Feed business (AF).
Close monitoring of Debtors and Inventory for Crop Protection business. Track debtors and inventory ageing, flag overdue debtors, non-moving/slow-moving inventory, ensuring correct provisioning for returns and doubtful debts, NRV working, ECL calculations etc.

Automation: Led the project to implement the New Contribution Reporting system for Crop protection business. Achieved 2% reduction in variable costs by robust monitoring of Sales variable expenses, especially in the nature of schemes and discounts.
Participated as a core team member for Key milestones of the company such as Due diligence, IPO & transition to GST.
