- Designed and developed GE VERNOVA Labor Hours dashboard, which is designed to be used by more than 15+ sites, successfully live for (Greenville, Birr, Elblag, Wroclaw, Karlovac, Changwon, Schenectady, Bangor), designing this reduced the server load. As earlier each site had individual workbooks consisting of total 84 Dashboards, which has been consolidated into 1 workbook with 8 views serving as centralized workbook for all sites having features like row level security, drilldown, actions, parameter to switch between multiple KPI's.
- Experience in migrating 20+ workbooks from self-service server to certified server, scheduling the extracts and enhancing the dashboards as per new requirement, making it more user friendly by applying relevant filters, minimizing irrelevant data using custom sql , applying optimization techniques like hiding unused columns, keeping minimum LOD calculations.
- Experience in Leading and managing diverse modules in GE GAS Power, consisting of multiple dashboards, datalake objects. Helped stakeholders to provide proper business model according to business requirement.
- Expertise in integrating Tableau writeback extension "Elements" to multiple dashboards and provided cross functional training to various teams of GE, reducing manual efforts and enhancing efficiency.
- Designed and developed the BMS vs. SAP(Powermax) dashboard that serves as a cross-reference between BMS and SAP (Powermax) for confirmation as well as good receipts. This has helped to save 700$ of inventory disconnects and negative impact on consumption issues.
- Designed and developed an Operational Availability (OA) Dashboard for the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to reach business goal of 95% OA of machine's, utilizing advanced features such as Level of detail(LOD),parameters, tableau actions facilitating seamless navigation and drilldown capabilities for users, this dashboard is acting as single source of truth for maintenance performance against production scheduled time.its being closely monitored by Value Stream Leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals and annual savings of about $4500.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze datasources, and design optimized unified query for loading data for various sites into one reporting table, earlier the logic was distributed as part of alterx code for each site which is now consolidated into one Greenplum Function which is populating the reporting table.
- Created Finance net sales, Quality, Usage, Labor hours and Source data quality analysis report using Reporting tool like Tableau.
- Designed and developed greenplum stagging function to streamline the loading of multiple sites box files into single target table.
