- Trained soldiers on aspects of High Altitude Medicine and Casualty Evacuations by medical helicopters in sub-zero temperature at an altitude of nearly 18000 feet above sea level
- Carried out 15 Emergency Air Evacuations with no mortality
- Innovated a Rescue Hoist Winch Apparatus under-slung from Helicopters for emergency medical evacuation of soldiers from inaccessible locations
- As the lone Medical Consultant at a Coast Guard Base at Haldia (West Bengal), I established and implemented the entire COVID protocols and response mechanisms
- Achieved a Zero mortality rate for the entire spell of two years owing to strict adherence, monitoring of COVID preventive guidelines, and timely management at a Armed Forces Base, housing a strength of 2500 para military personnel and their families
- Successfully executed the COVID-19 vaccination drive for the entire military base along with their families, with 100% completion and no post vaccination morbidity or mortality
