• Worked as a Lead QA for the Reliability pod in MM team. MM team built core services like Pricing, Matchmaking, Supply, etc which was used by different other teams in Gojek.
• Reliability pod was responsible to build flexible and scalable architecture. Worked single-handedly to test different changes being done in architecture.
• Was responsible for planning, testing, automating and collaborating with all stakeholders, PMs, developers and fellow QAs for the ATHENA project which was used to rebrand GOJEK in all the countries.

• Gopay is a digital payment method built by Gojek which is used for online and offline payments within Gojek and outside of Gojek.
• Worked for various features of Gopay like, KYC, payments, withdrawal, wallet safety & compliance, integration with banks, promotions and vouchers, find merchants near to me, rewards on completing different steps for a given assignment.
• Started as Senior QA and built the foundation for QA and testing across all teams in Gopay.
• Gradually built the team of size 10-15, led and mentored them.
• Being most Senior QA and later Head of QA, owned quality of entire product from defining and designing to creating the test plan and strategy.
• Was responsible for planning and execution of test automation strategy across all layers of product including UI, integration and E2E Testing.
• Was responsible to define standards for testing processes like test case creation, bug tracking & coding practices & automation which adheres to Agile Methodologies.
• Testing complex applications built using event-driven microservices architecture using kubernetes.
• Was responsible for collecting data, analyzing and creating reports on different data related to testing, bugs and automation coverage.
