• Good understanding of product manufacturing processes, BOM structures.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including PLM and ERP systems. High knowledge in Agile & SAP and a basic understanding of the boundary business processes.

• Good SAP ERP knowledge (Material Master, Bill of material, change control process, Document management)

• Process (SOP), Engineering change requests, change orders, writing and maintaining documentation
• Promote teamwork and cooperation in the PDM organization
• Look after ECOs for products Bill of Materials , Product Data and Lifecycle Management globally.
• Create and release manufacturers and vendor parts, internal part numbers in the PLM system.
• Create, and release Bills of Material based on input from Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing to support NPI and production product releases
• Expert in assigning ECCNs (Export Control Classification Number) for successful import export of components, phones, software etc. The ECCN is based on the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security's (BIS) Commerce Control List (CCL).
• Expertise in Product BOM and Lifecycle management using PTC Windchill PLM system and SAP ECC and in PDM / PLM system.
• Expert in Technical Specifications (Specs) and Document control, such as Engineering and Production Procedures for IC and other parts
• Supports to Global Customer's to Create FG of Motorola by assigning New Part Requests (NPR/PNR) and Engineering Change Request (EC/ECN) and with Organization Manufacturing Change (MBOM EC).
• Initiate and manage ECOs, MCOs, Deviations and Stop Ships
• Working with customers like AT&T to maintain BOM and related changes as per customer requirements.
• Creating / maintaining Suppliers/MEPs for Motorola and Lenovo purchased parts, components and accessories in PTC Windchill PLM.
• Expert in SMV (Sales Models Verification) submission for all final products to Factories Globally before generating Ship Acceptance.
• Train local suppliers to provide all technical info needed by Motorola by doing ePAF and WPA part composition declarations for all locally introduced parts
• Expertise in implementation of EC - Engineering Changes and MBOM Changes in ODM/EMS manufacturing sites.
