· Supporting FPO to strategically operate input business by assessing demand and providing quality and low-cost input to members. The total turnover of the input business crossed 2 Cr+ for the 12 FPOs supported by GT-Bharat

· Develop commercially viable business models, agricultural services from production to market, including input and output hubs for beneficiary farmers.

· Conducting market research for identification of cluster and Agri-value chain in the area and subsequent preparation of Business Models.

The performance rating for the year FY 2022-23 is 4 out of 5, which indicates.

• Responsible for farm-gate procurement of Pulses, Maize, and Millets through an integrated network of 150+ Digital Commodity Collection Centres (D3C) in all of Madhya Pradesh
• The integrated network of collection centres was created to cater to 12,000+ farmers with a commodity procurement of 1 lakh MT in FY 2021-22
• The domestic trade channel was established by onboarding Millers of the regions like Nasik (Maharashtra) for Millets, Katni (Madhya Pradesh) for pulses
• For Maize institutional trade channel was created with COFCO, Cargill and Roquette
• Expanded the trade into value added segments like Organic Millet Rice and white labelling them for organizations like Tata Consumer Products and Ruchi Soya in order to generate better margins
