Project: Conversion of OH lines to UG lines & electrification of Indiranagar Division Bangalore for the budget of Rs. 219.45Cr. and Shivaji Nagar Division Bangalore for the budget of Rs. 226.4Cr.

• Hold ownership of handling project activities such as scheduling, planning, monitoring, execution and cost controlling.
• Comprehend client’s requirements, contractual terms, technical specifications and arrange materials as per requirement.
• Prepared cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs (manpower, equipment and materials availability, production and construction sequences).
• Developed and implemented project plans and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Analyzing the Planned Vs Actual progress to classify the problem areas and requirements to achieve the target.

Project: Rural Electrification work under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana(DDUGJY) 11&12th plan & Integrated power development scheme(IPDS) executing at Lucknow, Ghaziabad & Meerut sites of Rs. 600Cr

• Performed all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, negotiation and preparation of contracts.
• Developed key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
• Floated RFQ’s, Verified the requests in line with the contract specification and negotiated with suppliers to obtain the best price and within an approved budget.
• Prepared and processed purchase orders in an efficient manner and carried End-to-End supply chain management process from Order to Vendor payment.
• Created & tracked purchase orders to ensure delivery to project sites and monitored that the orders meet the project demands.
