My accomplishments include the successful execution of numerous projects involving the production and analysis of plant tissue cultures, as well as isolation of microbes,microbial assays,molecular biology techniques,phytocompounds analysis of various plant materials. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and adapt adeptly to diverse circumstances and challenges.   • Media preparation & Sterilization of glassware's and tools required for culture work.
  • Maintenance and Subculture of plant hairy roots in solid and Liquid medium.
  • Carried out different experiments using cultures grown in bulk in 250ml Conical flask to 15L temporary bioreactors.
  • Collection of samples in sterile condition for extraction and preparation of samples for GC-MS and HPLC periodically.
  • Following standard operating procedures,regular inspection,cleaning & reporting any problems or defects.
  • In addition to source quotations for consumables & instruments with the comparative statements for the best purchase option. This involves contacting various suppliers,comparing the costs and quality and negotiating the best offers.
  • To ensure smooth and consistent supply of consumable's,I perform monthly stock maintenance. This involves checking inventory levels,ordering new items as required.
