T-Mobile Project:

• In my current role as an AEM Content Author for the T-Mobile project, I am responsible for managing and delivering content across a large-scale e-commerce platform using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This includes utilizing AEM's powerful content management features, such as the Touch UI and Classic UI, to create, update, and maintain high-quality content that aligns with the client's brand guidelines and business objectives. I collaborate closely with AEM developers to ensure the seamless integration of content into various web components, templates, and components on the platform, ensuring the content renders correctly across different environments and devices.
• I utilize Airtable for efficient ticket management, which operates similarly to Jira, to track and prioritize tasks related to content updates, bug fixes, and enhancements. The workflow is designed to improve transparency, speed, and accountability in managing both ongoing content needs, and the timely resolution of technical issues. Additionally, I work within the internal Modern Desktop Cloud (MDC) environment, which allows for secure access to all necessary resources, tools, and collaborative spaces, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. My role also involves coordinating with AEM developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that content updates are successfully integrated into the live environment after undergoing rigorous testing and approval processes.
• In collaboration with the development team, I contribute to refining and optimizing content workflows, helping to identify and troubleshoot any issues related to content delivery or site functionality. My responsibilities also include performing quality assurance checks on content and assisting developers in resolving any issues before content is published, thus ensuring a seamless and error-free user experience on the e-commerce platform.

Email Team:

• Developed and maintained comprehensive quality assurance documentation to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
• Collected and analyzed data to recommend improvements aimed at enhancing security, performance, and overall system efficiency.
• Created detailed quality error reports based on client-side feedback to identify issues, and provided actionable insights to improve the client experience.
• Trained, mentored, and supported new employees by providing workflow guidance and conducting knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.

Web Team:

• Managed various web requests, including tiles, banners, AEM pages, and .NET-related tasks.
• Coordinated testing across four environments: DEV, QA, STAGE, and PROD, with two instances: Author, and Publish.
• Ensured the proper organization of the site structure under Brand, Region, Affiliates, and Languages.
• Performed thorough quality control by reviewing pages in both the preview and publish instances before they were deployed live.
• Collaborated closely with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) teams to ensure all content met compliance requirements before publication.
• Utilized Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS to analyze and enhance the client’s website, ensuring it aligned with the client’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
• Delivered regular quality reports to team leadership, highlighting consistency issues, or production deficiencies.
• Assisted in the process of publishing live websites by ensuring the proper migration of stage packages to the production environment.
