- Ideating and streamlining the process of switching to durable and cost effective materials such as FRP in chimneys for condensate collection systems for dry stacks.
- Brought down 90% of the cost of project by implementing innovative solutions and materials for construction.
- Collaborated with departments and personnel across all levels of the organization on various projects to ensure the smooth execution of construction on site.
- Identified potential risks associated with the erection of gutters in chimneys and proposed tailor made mitigation solutions which was applicable to all the running projects.
- Responsible for designing 2000 Metric tonnes of steel structures & 3000 cubic meter of concrete
- Singlehandedly designed chimney lining channels using FRP for multiple projects
- Allocate engineering drawing preparation work to the drafting team & review before issuing to client.
- Managing and mitigating disputes with vendors & site personnel by conducting regular review meeting.
- Preparing technical bid documents by optimizing existing designs for tender.
