ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment: Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to short-listing candidates based on the Job description. Identification of the best suit sourcing methodologies according to the position – Employee Referrals, Candidate reference & Social media. Good experience in Bulk hiring through campus recruitment. Shortlisting the job applications & conducting preliminary interviews Briefing CTC structure, deductions, statutory payments etc., pay and other benefits. Preparing Offer & Appointment letters for New Joiners.


  • Induction & Joining Formalities: Conducting structured Induction of all new hires into the business verticals on the first day of joining. Providing orientation of the company culture, values, business, organization structure, various people policies and processes. Bulk Joining Formalities starts from Generating Employee numbers, ID Cards and Access cards etc., & finally handing over the employee to the respective department.


  • Exit Formalities: Completing the Clearance formalities for resigned employees. Complete the Full and Final settlements. Conducting the Exit Interviews. Preparing Acceptance of Resignation Letters. Preparing Reliving and Experience Certificates.


  • Time Office: Maintaining Daily Attendance data from Kronos. Sending attendance data to all departments for confirmation. Tracking the monthly Attrition analysis. Absenteeism Analysis Handling Leave management.


  • Welfare: Generating ESI IP, updating ESI dispensary & other details in the portal Providing ESI-37 forms, filling ML forms for female employees to avail maternity benefits GMC Policy Renewal - Making demission and addition list for pre-plan of budget approval for policy renewal. Binding Policies of GMC, EDLI & GTLI insurances & tracking the health claims & death claims on regular basis Generating PF for new joiners Based on the situation preparing Covid Chronology Report & conducting vaccination drive Handling employee Grievances (Harassments/Transportation & Canteen/Salary etc) Conducting POSH training through NGO Educating employees about Welfare activities & benefits.


  • Statutory Compliance: Responsible for processing of Annual Returns, Quarterly & monthly returns Preparing ESI, PF & PT Contributions & Remittances Doing vendor audits monthly by verifying the compliance documents Hands-on experience on yearly renewal of Factory License Taking responsibility of overall Contract Labour’s profile Enrolling & issuing attendance cards for contract employees & tracking attendance effectively Ensuring the salary payments at on-time by meeting with minimum wages or not Either Statutory Payments, Attendance & Welfare of employees are ensuring or not Enrolling candidates in NAPS portal & deploying NAPS Apprentice in establishment Updating attendance of apprentice on monthly basis & providing the stipend details at NAPS portal for reimbursement to establishment once in Quarterly.


  • Other HR Core Responsibilities: Formation of Members, Scheduling & Conducting Committee Meetings, Monthly Connects, Leadership Connects & preparing MOMs. Preparing Notices for site announcements (Holiday declarations, Committee, Internal Job offers, Employee Referral announcements, etc.) Monthly Census Data & Teranga Report Preparation Scheduling & maintain the data of R&R Data Co-ordinating for Performance Management works & sharing merit increment letters Scheduling & organizing Employee Engagement Activities Conducting yearly ESS Survey, etc
