Roles and Responsibilities:

• Created test cases and scripts.
• Involves in SQA Deliverables for 2.6 version of the product
• Train the resources and give proper information about the application.
• Generates the test reports daily and submits the requirements traceability matrix.

Project Description:

Project : Enterprise Correspondence Tool (ECT)

Client : United Services Automobile Association (USAA)

Project Description:

Enterprise Correspondence Tool is based on ECM (Enterprise Content Management) which deals with the life cycle of documents from creation to delivery through various channels like Email, Postal, SMS, Twitter etc. The user access the document through ECT UI, MSRs (customer Care) by a webservice call.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works on the validation of application flows of ECT.
• Developed and Executed manual test cases for functional testing of various modules of the application.
• Performed Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Integration Testing for each sprint manually in both test runways and production.
• Execute positive and negative scenarios as per the test plans and document the test results.
• Publish the test results in Q-test and link them to JIRA under the issues for tracking.
• Responsible for the sign off procedures for the code developed for further deployment.
• Expertise in exploratory and user acceptance testing in UI developed.
• Automated functional scenarios using selenium web driver.
• Active member in an agile Scrum Team.
