Core responsibilities:

↔ Accountable for setting up an pan India QC team across warehouses, specific to sofa category.

↔ Accountable for setting up Central QC at production factory in order to highlight the First time right% to management and to drive CAPA for the recurring rejections under QC.

↔ Design and rollout of pan India Returns metrics for sofa category to management.

↔ Liable for design and developing solutions for the highest returns defaulter reasons under sofa category.

Core Developments:

↔ In order to reduce in transit leg damage cases under returns, Introduced DIY (Do it yourself) legs in place of fixed legs under manufacturing.
↔ Developed the process of assembly of recliners in order to reduce mechanism issues under recliners.

Core responsibilities:

↔ Adeptly contributing in maintaining coordination with the team manager in preparing and presenting weekly reports to enable senior management decision making.

↔ Instrumental in rendering inputs on enhancing operational efficiency through standardization of a process like SOP updates & systemization or optimization of manual workflows.

↔ Active involvement in conducting Root Cause Analysis to categorize the root cause of the variances/errors for implementing effective remedial measures.

↔ Contribution in setting up an inbound flow across Udaan warehouses.

↔ Accountable for seller onboarding across warehouses with co-ordination of legal team.

↔ Accountable for Cataloguing (vertical onboarding, listing creation, sku creation) at a very initial stage of the process.

↔ Inbound planning of stocks based on available manpower and storage capacities across Udaan warehouse on a daily basis.

↔ Calling out to planning and categories team in case of overrated request’s and re-aligning the inbounds based on priorities of respective category.

↔ Coordinating and aligning linehaul team for vehicle placement for planned marketplace vendors on a daily basis, by providing required inputs.

↔ Centrally managing a fast pace inwarding of stocks across Udaan warehouses with a minimum error by enabling required SOPs.

↔ Generating awareness on quality parameters amongst the associates & cross functional team’s by organizing refresher training.

↔ Accountable for Inter business units stock transfer movements across warehouses.

Key metric’s:

↔ Timely communication of good’s received numbers to vendors alternates days.

↔ Reconciliation of stocks and pilferage dispute management & driving it to the closure on monthly basis.

↔ Design and rollout of Dock to stock numbers to Leadership team.

↔ Representing of Planned Vs Actual manpower utilization to leadership team based on define capacity by inventory planning team.

↔ Scheduling accuracy by representing Scheduled vs actual shipment received across Udaan warehouses.

↔ Vehicle in/breach within define cutoffs across warehouses.

↔ Design and role out of real time reject inventory dashboard to Leadership team.

↔ Timely Reconciliation of inter-business unit movements and representation to category and finance.

Major project’s driven:

↔ Systemization of inbound logistics across pan India warehouses from 0 to 90% coverage.

↔ Systemization of Dock-scheduling workflow

↔ Scheduling accuracy, from 0 to 89%

↔ Systemization of Inter business units stock transfer movements.

Core responsibilities:

↔ Accountable for MP vendor’s alignment on process and product adherence.

↔ Calling out to First mile in case of pickup failures & Calling out to category in case of vendor alignment issues.

↔ Responsible for managing and resolving an escalation’s from first mile of product missing and other issues.

Key metric’s:

↔ Design and rollout of RTS to pick trend, pending dispatch orders & logistic failure pickups trend on a daily basis to leadership team , category & biz ops and pan India hubs.

Major project’s driven:

a) Route call analysis of pickup failure reason updated by logistic team.

b) Driven a team of 4 member’s for analyzing pickup failure cases.

c) Publishing an RCA report to pan India hub’s and leadership team.

d) Aligning and calling out to respective stake holders in case of frequent errors by respective teams.
