Build, Implement, Maintain, Control and Develop a Resilient Resources Based Halal, Food Safety and Quality systems for QA & QC. · Establish and maintain a quality system to ensure a company's facilities, equipment, personnel, methods, processes, and procedures conform to both internal guidelines and regulatory standards. · Review and approve procedures with corporate policies, through QMS with a drive towards best practice, internal audit practices, and procedures for improvement to prevent non-conformances. · Ensure Food Safety, Halal and Quality Compliance through Systematic Audit, Reporting Audit findings, Approving Audit closing with effective PSD Methodology. . Implement systems and programs to mitigate possible risk associated through Process, Products and resources, its probability of occurrence, early detection, and reduce severity. . Responsible for managing all QA functions, working with cross-departmental leadership to deliver high quality products and services. · Manage the department within budget and utilize resources effectively to meet needs of the business on a timely basis. · Provide Technical Consultation and Leadership Guidance to Plant Quality Personals and all Cross functional Management teams in Projects and R &D

✓ QA departments annual planning, setting tasks and responsibilities, Planning
and Managing Resources for plan implementation,
✓ Leading internal Projects related to New Products and Process development, Problem Solving, and Products and Process Upgrade,
✓ Productivity planning , Determine KPI's, setting measurements for KPI’s and evaluating individuals productivity,
✓ Process capability and efficiency study through SWOT analysis, NVA, RVA, BVA analysis and FMEA,
✓ Reviewing, Maintaining and Monitoring Quality programs through Statistics and Analysis,
✓ Established and Leading major QA program including QMS, FSMS / HACCP, Customer Complaint System, Process and Product Control,
✓ Leading internal Audit System and member in ISO steering committee,
✓ Participating in many task force team and implementing Six Sigma rules in process maintenance, Corrective and preventive action, and project management,
✓ Perform Food Safety and Standardization Audit, implementing & Verification of CAPA, RCA / Customer complaints,
✓ Major contributor to scientific research and Consultations related to Food Safety as well as Quality Management System,
✓ Reporting to Top Management on the effectiveness of Food Safety Management System through preparing monthly FSMS Review Reports and Annual reports,
✓ Organizing Training and orientation programs to train staffs regarding Quality control, Good Documentation, Safety and Hygiene,
✓ Organizing meetings, attending Customer related issues and applying solutions for better marketing and product sales.
