Responsibilities:

• Construction activities related to underground utility infrastructure works.
  Maent works for 132 kV High Tension (HT), 11 kV Medium Tension (MT), and 415 V Low Tension (LT) power networks, managed road crossing encasements, and supervised construction.
• Coordinated installation of telecom service ducts, mainline duct banks, manholes, and handholes, as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensured compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards during execution.
• Conducted site inspections, setting out, and verification of levels, alignments, and dimensions before and during construction.
• Coordinated with consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, and utility authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Monitored excavation, bedding, duct laying, concrete encasement, backfilling, and reinstatement works.
• Prepared daily progress reports, work schedules, material requests, and inspection requests (IRs).
• Reviewed construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure the proper execution of works.
• Managed manpower, equipment, and material resources to achieve project milestones.
• Ensured all underground utility installations were completed according to approved IFC drawings and project requirements.
• Assisted in testing, inspection, as-built documentation, and project handover activities.

• Lead and supervise structural steel erection, installation, and assembly activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, fabrication yards, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Verify structural layouts, grid lines, elevations, anchor bolt positions, and survey benchmarks before erection works.
• Monitor the installation of steel columns, beams, rafters, trusses, bracings, purlins, staircases, platforms, and miscellaneous steel structures.
• Ensure proper alignment, levelling, verticality, and dimensional accuracy of erected steel members.
• Supervise heavy lifting operations, crane activities, rigging plans, and safe erection methodologies.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and fabrication details to ensure construction compliance.
• Coordinate welding, bolting, torque testing, NDT inspections, and final structural acceptance activities.
• Prepare method statements, work permits, inspection requests (IRs), and progress reports.
• Monitor construction schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project milestones.
• Manage and supervise foremen, supervisors, welders, fitters, riggers, and erection crews to maximise productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Coordinate material delivery, storage, preservation, and installation sequencing with logistics and procurement teams.
• Resolve site engineering issues and provide technical solutions to maintain uninterrupted construction progress.
• Participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.

• Assisted in overseeing structural development phases for various commercial buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Supported the creation of detailed bar bending schedules for structural steel reinforcement elements.
• Conducted daily level controls and dimensional checks on multi-tiered cast-in-situ and structural frames.
• Guided fabricators and fitters with day-to-day tasks, including material take-offs and excavation tracking.
• Aided in the verification of safety profiling and load calculations for heavy scaffolding structures.
