1. Multi Channel integration (Healthcare)

Project Overview: With the help of CRM data, social listening data, and customer’s online search behavior, have to understand customer behavior and accordingly created a solution to convert it as business. Even reduce the churn by using the data in the right way. Once the data got analyzed, delivered multiple dashboards with innovative widgets to categories based on common behavior patterns. This will help to predict customer journeys for each type of customer.

2. License Billing & Allocations(Healthcare)  

Role: Application Development Team Lead. 

Skills Used: CRM Analytics, Dataset & Dataflow, JSON code, Workbench. 

Project Overview: Onestop solution for monthly billing process. Developed dashboard model, it will give detailed view of license consumption by individual BU & project. And it will help to clean up the dormant & unused license. And helps to track license adoptions also.

3. Marketing Dashboard (Healthcare)

Project Overview: Capturing BI requirements and Implementing Einstein Analytics dashboards for Marketing. Delivered innovative visualization  Dashboards to stakeholder for multiple campaign activities along with scheduled data synchronization, It will greatly helpful in analysis of customer data for the purpose like optimizing marketing effectiveness, customer retention, behavioral analysis, decision making

4. Salesforce(Service) Community Implementation

Role: Consultant/ Team member Salesforce. 

Skills Used: Configuration & Customization, Approval processes, Workflows, Data Loader/ Data Loader IO.

Project Overview: Social community based on napili template in salesforce. Here my part will be, data porting activity from the existing system to Salesforce with salesforce configuration & customizations. This implementation gave me the opportunity to get hands-on on Approval process and workflows.

5. CRM migration - Oracle PeopleSoft to Salesforce (Sales & Service).

Role: Consultant/ Team Member. 

Skills Used: Data Loader/ Data Loader IO, Salesforce standard Objects & functionalities, Salesforce configuration. 

Project Overview: This is my first project implementation in salesforce and I am part of this project form the scratch level of implantation. From this project, I am started learning salesforce as a beginner and involved myself in data analyzing and migration activity from native PeopleSoft to Salesforce. Replicated reports & Dashboards in Salesforce, as it is available in the earlier system.

6. 1CAAP (Sales & Service)

Role: Consultant/ Lead. 

Skills Used: Pentaho Reports BI Tool and ETL, SQL. 

Project Overview: This is a report migration project. Recreated/Developed the existing reports using Pentaho BI tool. Through this migration activity got a chance to explore Pentaho BI tool. Got hands on experience in ETL and data porting activity between different databases.

7. Sales Incentive Management (Payroll)

Role: Programmer Analyst/Developer. 

Skills Used: SQL Server 2008, PS Query, Crystal Reports. 

Project Overview: CRM based system, which provides Incentive calculation details for sales persons who brings business to the organization and generate revenue through it. Automated this incentive calculation process and distributed the monthly reports to the respective sales users through this automation. It greatly reduced the manual effort of business people.
