• The Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services (MOTLS), Saudi Arabia : PFI model build to realize investment opportunities in advertising on highways.
• Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai : PFI model build to realize investment opportunities in ridership and advertising in metro feeder bus service.
• ComAve : Prepared feasibility study model utilizing management business plan & inputs, evaluated financial feasibility of the project and also conducted sensitivity/scenario analysis based on key variables.
• Project Meridian, USA : Prepared an integrated, portfolio-level P&L model across all locations (16 stores in different locations) by establishing clear financial baselines and conducting a comprehensive historical analysis of current store performance.
• Project Permian, USA : Prepared PPA financial model for a power plant containing various model scenarios involving functional and sensitivity analysis.
• Project Garment, Kenya : Prepared 3-statement financial model for a company with different production lines where each production line had a different set of brands, manufacturing and production metrics.
• GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), UK : Project that required team to build a tool that would forecast workforce and do benefit tracking.

► Conducted sensitivity analysis to assess impact of various factors on financial outcomes, supporting and decision-making in dynamic environments.

► Reviewed various complex PFI/ PPP models for large infrastructure projects across MENAF region.

► Reviewed VBA coding and created various VBA codes for distinct functionalities in various financial models.

► Received a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) from EY GDS based on the model-built tool prototype prepared.

► Built a prototype of model-built tool using financial modelling and VBA.
