• Monitoring quatations, Shop drawings, Material-Takeoff to find out the veriances. Surveying the quantity in terms of fabrication work orders, Installed and delivered works. Tracking the status of procurement, production, dispatch and installation based on the project. Issuing progress reports for reporting and invoicing, billing purpose. Receiving drawings from design department, separating the drawings project wise & planning for Production Day wise and Week wise and allocate the work as per their priority. Handling the jobs which involve works like Aluminum Composite Panel making (ACP), Aluminum sheet works, Aluminum welding works, Fabrication & Assembly of curtain walls, doors, windows & aluminum rolling process. Dividing works to assembly line supervisors, machine operators, & workers for getting the work done as per the planned target. Handling more than 120 workers & 5 supervisors in effective manner and achieving the target with good team work. Handling the machines like Atomized Aluminum Composite Panels cutting m/c ( Make : Automation ,Canada),Aluminum sheet notching m/c ( Make : Euromac , Italy) Aluminum cutting & bending m/c ( Hebo – France), Aluminum Rolling m/c ( Make : Arco ,Italy) & different types of assembly tools. Making the dispatch plans, as per the priority, sending the required materials to coating Departments (Powder & Kynar Coatings), and making proper packing and sending to site in specified time. Handling all production related documents like daily & monthly reports, manpower efficiency report etc. Submitting all reports to general manager in the allotted time.
