• Supervised ESP erection activities as a GE Vernova site engineer, overseeing lease contract workers (LCW) and ensuring contractor work complied with the scope of work (SOW), approved drawings, method statements, and GE EHS/quality requirements.
• Served as PTW (Permit-to-Work) authority: issued, monitored, suspended (as required), and closed PTWs for high-risk activities, ensuring compliance with GE Vernova EHS standards (work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space, and electrical isolation).
• Conducted daily site inspections to verify correct installation practices, identify deviations and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely corrective action to prevent rework and delays.
• Coordinated with contractors and interface teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, scaffolding, and lifting) to ensure work front readiness and uninterrupted progress.
• Prepared daily/weekly progress reports, monitored productivity against the schedule, and escalated constraints and risks to project management.
• Supported technical resolution at the site in coordination with discipline leads to maintain construction quality and handover readiness.

ESP erection scope supervised:

• ESP casing/shell, columns, beams, penthouse, roof, platforms, ladders, and access structures.
• Hoppers, stiffeners, insulation/heaters, and ash discharge interfaces.
• Gas distribution devices (screens, perforated plates, and guide vanes).
• Collecting electrodes (CE plates) erection, alignment, and rapping system installation.
• Discharge electrodes (DE wires/frames/spikes) stringing, tensioning, and clearance checks.
• Insulator housings and support frames; internal alignment and clearances as per OEM tolerances.
• Bolting, torquing, and welding activities in compliance with WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, and required inspection and closure.

• Supported maintenance of Adani Power VIPL facilities with 2x300 MW capacity.
• Assisted in preparation of daily job plans, root cause analysis (RCA), and shutdown reports.
• Executed maintenance tasks on rotary equipment and boilers, including mills, PA fans, FD fans, APH, and auxiliary pumps.

• Supported maintenance operations for boiler rotary systems including ID, FD, and PA fans.
• Assisted in the upkeep of rotary air preheaters and coal mills (ZGM123N).
• Facilitated boiler-related system isolations and emergency responses.

• Conducted systematic maintenance and optimisation of boiler rotary systems at 8×135 MW CFBC boiler-JSW Energy Barmer plant, utilising advanced technical skills to improve efficiency and safety adherence.

• Was responsible for the operation and maintenance of rotary equipment in the Flue Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) system at the 2×660 MW Jhajjar Power Plant.
• Handled rotary machines such as Ball mills,pumps, blowers, agitators, and compressors.
• Conducted preventive and corrective maintenance, alignment, and overhauling of rotary equipment.
• Performed condition monitoring and troubleshooting of mechanical issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensured reliable equipment performance while strictly adhering to safety standards, maintenance schedules, and operational guidelines.
• Assisted during turbine shutdown in auxiliary system isolation, and equipment health checking.
