- Liaise with requesters / suppliers / category managers for additional information on contracts.
- Ensuring the use of right legal entities, cost centers, internal orders, general ledger codes, etc.
- Ensuring that a PO is created with all valid and appropriate info (Vendor info, material, currencies, quantity, etc.) and collaborate with PO Team for issue resolutions.
- Resolve PO Quantity issues: Invoices held against Payment and other related queries.
