- Identify non-conformances and work with service providers to implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Plan and maintain inventory of critical spares and consumables in alignment with budget constraints and operational needs.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules for additional works, upgrades, and client-requested modifications.
- Supervise all aspects of project handover, including snag list preparation, Defect Liability Period (DLP) management, and warranty coordination for newly acquired facilities.
- Submit comprehensive operational reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to senior management, outlining performance, issues, and improvement plans.
- Ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality services while achieving both financial and operational performance targets.
- Prepare essential documentation including asset registers, snag lists, condition survey reports, method statements, risk assessments, and site inspection reports.
- Maintain full compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring proper protocols and PPE usage.
