Automatic Color Code Sensing Punching Machine based on Pneumatics and Digital Controller:

• To design and develop the pneumatic punching machine which uses the compressed air at high pressure is applied on the piston and it is used feed punches on the material.
  This punching operation held by using PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER which is
  fully automated.
• It is also installed by color code sensor which sorts out the differently color coated material and punches with different size of punches with respect material.
• In this the color sensor senses the color of the metal and operates the pneumatic punching machine with the help of programmable logic controller. This programmable logic controller is controlled by specific logical codes (By using WPL Software). By interfacing digital controller, it is possible to get good results. In this process of sorting
  they increase safety of worker, reduces the operating lead time and also eliminates the manual errors.
