• Dosing Chemicals Charging in vessel. (TBC, Silicon oil, Sodium nitrate, DMDS & CI).
• To maintain chemical dosing in product as per lab report.
• Strictly followed permit system in field.
• N2 purging and proper flushing of hydrocarbon pumps casing for strainer clean.
• After pump maintenance before taken with process fluid must to check leak test.
• N2 PDP done for pump casing & process line for O2 remove.
• Daily LEL checking on field rounds.
• Monthly to check PSV check list.
• To check leak detection with VOC metre.
• To check equipment performance in every shift.
• Field reading cross checking with DCS i.e., LT, FT, PT & PG, TG & LG.
• Operation knowledge of the distillation columns, packed bed distillation, Butadiene off gas compressor and Double acting single stage hydrogen compressor (dresser Rand compressor), Reboilers, Centrifugal, Reciprocating and centrifugal multi stage, Hermetic pumps, Catalyst Hydrogen Reactors, Firewater network system in plant.
• To observe the abnormal noise of the rotor equipments and plant process conditions. Look, Listen and Feel (LLF).

E-SBR Plant

• Supported engineering teams in project planning and execution.
