As part of this project, I contributed to the development of multiple Generative AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) on both Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
POC 1 Overview: Fraudulent Claim Detection
Objective: To determine whether a submitted claim falls under one of three predefined categories of fraud.
Key highlights: Developed a solution that reads and interprets medical records associated with each claim using LLMs.
Integrated the solution with Big Query on GCP to query and retrieve claim data efficiently.
Leveraged LLMs and Implemented logical frameworks to assess and classify claims as fraudulent based on the retrieved data.
POC 2 Overview: Chat bot to book Flight and Hotels ( Agentic AI )
Objective: To create a chatbot capable of facilitating flight and hotel bookings.
Key highlights: Utilized LangChain and LangGraph frameworks to architect and orchestrate multiple autonomous agents.
The application intelligently parses the user's query to extract essential booking details.
If any required information is missing, it proactively prompts the user to provide it.
Based on the complete input, the system retrieves and presents a curated list of available flights or hotels, streamlining the booking process.
POC 3 Overview : Application to check whether a claim is prior authorized.
Objective: To create an application to check whether a claim is prior authorized and confirms to the provided conditions.
Key highlights: Different agents are created to extract and store data related to Insurance, Drug, Client details and to read the prescription.
The data are embedded and stored in Vector DBs and retrieved using RAG framework to answer user queries related to the claims.
Each agent is invoked sequentially to retrieve the relevant data, and a final agent is invoked to check business conditions are met to approve the claim.

As part of this project, I contributed to support the GCP pipelines that replicate the data from on-premises systems to Google cloud platforms.
Key Highlights: Worked on deduplication of the data in spanner. Defining the process and check points to ensure that the resulting data void of duplicates.
Set up new pipelines to load data from cloud SQL to Bigquery of GCP using cloud datafusion tool.
