Summary

Dr Tabitha Durai has been teaching in the Department of Commerce, Madras Christian College since 2001. Having completed her PhD in 2009 from the University of Madras, she is actively involved in research. Her interests are in areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Marketing. Eight PhD research scholars and seven M.Phil. research scholars have successfully completed their research programs under her guideship. She is a reviewer in various indexed journals and a member of the Board of studies and examinations of premier institutes in the country.
