• After receiving sample from the purchase team
• We will make tech pack for updated sample with Quote.
• Then will submit the quote to purchase team and MD
• Once the sample approved,style discussion will done with all team
• Then share the timeline to purchase team.
• My self following the fabric,print,emb.Then submitting QA department for approval
• Once they approved .Then production flow will start with approved sample
• While production starts .The pp sample submit to QA department
• Then dispatch team will pack the garments as per the standard packing method
• Once the order done we have direct meeting with MD.To discuss the ups and down against the style.

• Myself following UNITED COLORS OF BENETTON BUYER
• Once the order conform against the style .we will have a meeting with sample merch to discuss about the style
• Once the meeting done will get the cost from all the team against the style (fabric,printing,emb,trims)
• The production starts as per IE team instruction.
• Till dispatch want to follow the IE team.
• Before production will make pp sample to get approval from buyer to proceed the bulk production.

• Followed buyer are C&A and S'OLIVER
• Once the tech pack is received from the buyer .We have a team discussion against the style
• Myself forward the tech pack to all department (fabric,pattern,

purchase,printing,embroidery team)

• To work against the tech pack
• Before actual fabric in house .we will make fit sample in available fabric for QA reference
• Once the sample got approved from the buyer.Will havening a team meeting with production merchandiser.
• We will give the full description against the style to production merchandiser.
