Summary

As a plant molecular and conventional breeder with 9 years of experience, including my doctoral studies, I endeavor to pursue excellence in science to improve crop productivity, food security, and conservation of the environment. Trait discovery for biotic and abiotic stress, host plant resistance (HPR) identification, SNPs, and gene identification for trait discovery using Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS). Population genetics, biochemical mechanisms, and gene and environment (G x E) interactions to find stable genotypes.
