• Investigated TLR signaling crosstalk in PBMCs and neutrophils (PMNs) in the context of acute-on-chronic liver failure using functional assays, including ROS production, phagocytosis, and NETosis.
• Employed flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, immunostaining, and microscopy to characterize immune responses in vitro.

Title: TLR4 agonist peptides as potential vaccine adjuvant via integrated computational and experimental
strategies

• Generated and screened a peptide library for TLR4 agonists using computational tools (docking, MD simulations), followed by structural predictions to evaluate peptide stability and aggregation potential.
• Experimentally assessed selected peptides for cytotoxicity, phagocytic activity, and immune responses in RAW 264.7 macrophages, focusing on nitric oxide release and NF-κB-mediated cytokine signaling.
