1. Capacity building: • Organise and facilitate trainings • Build capacities of committee members and health staffs through training and hand holding
2. Implementation support: • Facilitate smooth functioning of health committees • Coordinate with district quality assurance team and assist in assessment of quality indicators and gap filling • Support the health facilities/point person for usage of IT applications (HIS, DVDMS, EMMS, BMWM etc) and trouble-shoot to resolve issues
3. Co-ordination: Co-ordinate between district health officials and the State Project Management Unit (SPMU) *- Liaise with District Officials (DC, CMO, MS, program officers, district facilitator etc.) for co-ordination and reporting.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor the investment made by the project and ensure proper maintenance of assets and address maintenance issue with the concerned technical consultant.
5. Sustainability Provide support to CMO establishment in ensuring the sustainability on management, planning and accountability of the health committees Ensure proper maintenance of investment made by the project in health committees/health facilities and share information to DCM and BPIF for regular update and sustainability Ensure consistent usage of IT applications (HIS, DVDMS, EMMS, BMWM etc.) by the health facilities and establishments
