- Knowledge on stamping dies, casted dies & machined components to manufacture the housings for automotive industries and supply to customers like Siemens, Gamesa, Alstom & GE
- As per the component given by customer, liaise with tool development and support marketing team by providing appropriate cost information and provide data to customer
- To determine cost estimating targets during the design and manufacturing process with recommending cost effective solutions
- Estimate the cycle time for each part and prepare tentative plan to complete project
- To establish the cost estimation of manufacturing processes & tooling costs and review alternatives for improvement
- Prepare cost and expenditure statements, reports and other necessary documentation at regular intervals to share with development & marketing teams
- Based on volume of production requires we discuss with management and will provide single row or double row operation progressive tools to complete the project
- Manufacturing and assembly of stage tools, progressive tools & die casting tools
- Manufacturing of core stack welding fixtures & machining fixtures suitable for stack welding purpose
- Manufacturing of large casted parts & fixtures for machining suitable for 5 axis machines
- Good knowledge in heat treatment processes, material adding & material removing processes

- Implementation of Kaizen & qualitative application in manufacturing processes.
