Tamal has an overall 15 years of corporate experience post his B. Tech and on either side of his MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. At the beginning of his career, he was associated with legacy organizations like Bosch, Wipro & Capgemini for seven years in Quality & Process consultancy roles. While he spent the latter eight years in different Quality leadership roles across unicorn organizations like Flipkart, Ola and Oyo.
In his last assignment, he worked as the Director of ‘Quality & Operations Excellence’ with Interview Kickstart, a Silicon Valley-based Ed-Tech company.
His key skill set includes Quality Strategy, Quality Management, Testing Design, Functional Testing, Non Functional Testing, Process Excellence, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma, Operations Management, MOST and DBMS. Tamal has vast experience in building large teams and scaling up businesses across regions.
