- Manage, schedule and track Insurance appointments managing over 2.5 million Customers.
- Enable Sales team of over 15k (Tele callers) to view Insurance Policy and reach out to Customers per Policy status.
- Leverage “Agent Metrics” and “Business Metrics” Dashboard to capture “To Do’s” and Sales Targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Led Requirement Gathering for Maruti’s Insurance Platform (MSIBPL) via close collaboration with Customers.
- Constructed requirements for Web and Mobile applications, enabling high adoption of Insurance Platform.
- Spearheaded Grooming sessions with Engineering team to ensure requirements are well understood by development team and health back of more than 2 Sprints in always maintained.
- Led Documentation and Refinement of more than 200 User Stories ensuring “No Gaps” b/w Business requirement and delivery.
- Conducted Product Demos every 2 weeks and continuously incorporated Customer feedback to build Product that meets/exceeds Customer expectation.
- Established several Business Processes around – “Requirement Management” and “Change Management”.
- Shared and incorporated Customer Feedback around built Products, thereby leading to continuous improvement.
- Performed UAT testing of Web and Mobile Application to ensure Product works per defined Business requirements.
- Triaged Production Issues with Engineering team and defined Bug resolution plan per Business Severity.
- Facilitated “AMA” sessions between Development and Business team, thereby helping Development team gain better Product knowledge.
