• Analysis the operational Efficiency by preparing digital reports & ensuring the smooth workflow
• Creating a master to maintain the yard details digitally.
• Ensuring that all the systems & scanners are working fine, In order to maintain the smooth the operational flow without any interruption.
• Liner and Logistic invoice payment processing and payment follow up with Finance Team
• Secured monthly liner payment provision to Finance Team
• Supporting the Export team for transporter invoice to LC clearance
• Purchase order renewal and follow up from RNPO Team

RNAIPL Stamping Shop- Database Analytic

• Keeping stock updated reports in the stamping store
• Supporting stock audit inventory data basis in the store
• Supplier invoice processing and follow up payment from Finance Team
• Secured monthly provision to Finance Team

• Reconciliation of positions on daily basis using Express tool.
• Booking all Non Trading Activities (Dividends & other Corporate Actions) by using IGLS Nav Management System.
• Review all incoming subscription redemption documents from Fund Administrators and to follow-up with Client for any missing information for all assigned Funds.
• Preparing SOP for new clients /New Funds
