• Working as a D365 F&O Senior Analyst with key areas being Warehouse & distribution, Customer service, Production, Quality and Finance areas within the application
• Writing Function Design Documents
• Writing and testing of test cases in DevOps
• Functional testing after development, considering various scenarios
• Incidents handling/support in ServiceNow
• Solution envisioning and configuration to map business requirements
• Problem management/Root cause analysis
• End user trainings during onsite support
• Go-live/Hypercare support

• Worked as a Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, Functional Consultant with key areas being sales, purchase, and warehouse and inventory module
• Business requirements analysis
• Designing and documentation of business processes (FRD,FDD); GAP-FIT analysis
• Assisting the technical team with change management
• System configuration, Unit level testing, Conference room pilot, User training
• Participation in decision making to optimize and improve technology management
