Working in Accenture Recruitment Management Team, and the objective is to triage any issues /defects raised by the end users and provide resolution based on code analysis for the Recruitment Management Tool which processes candidates from Initial Stages till Offer Accept Status and maintain the records till On Board Status of Solution Workforce.
Several Modules are present in the Recruitment tool which tracks the details of the Candidates and various reports for each module can be exported on tool.
Functionalities such as Positioning Templates for Candidates based on Career Level, Organization Details to cross verify for Tier Calculation, Candidate Duplicity Logic, Interviewer Dashboards, Role Access Management for tool, Agency and Vendor User Dashboards were created by our team.
Accenture’s India Job Portal is also maintained by our team which is used for candidates to apply for jobs in Accenture and we are performing profile generation and management of candidates.
Employee Referral Portal of Accenture India is also maintained by our team, which includes processing of referred jobs and mails being send to Referrer and candidates once referred on portal.
Worked for Integrating Data using CDC(Common Data Capture) and Integration Framework Architecture to send data of candidates to SNOW Team for background verification check.
Formulated strategies for application development framework creation and developmental processes.
Utilized such technologies as ASP.NET , MVC, HTML5, JavaScript and SQL Server to develop new web pages.
SQL Server and Transact SQL: Have created stored procedures, views and triggers and well – versed in SQL querying to input and fetch data. Even done automation by creating a job in Control-M for Snow Integration.
Developed knowledge in VB.Net and C# for the code behind logic to be implemented in ASPX vb /cs pages. (In C#, most of the concepts well known as got trained in .Net Stream Training).
Devised a plan to reduce the issues and defects in the Recruitment tool by triggering alert mails in case of job failures or windows service failure through Splunk Tool.
Have an intermediate knowledge about LINQ (Language Integrated Query), HTML /CSS and Java Script.
Determined Intermediate skills to check for API testing using POST Man tool.
Gained some beginner knowledge about WCF to provide interoperability and satisfy different clients request using endpoints.
Standard knowledge on MVC Architecture as it is implemented in few modules of our application.
Completed Azure AD-900 Exam and got certified for Azure Cloud Fundamentals.
Transitional knowledge on AppDynamics Tool, through which we can track the performance and maintain our application to capture and resolve errors and exceptions.
Acquired knowledge on Python and MS-SQL for Data Science
Data Extraction using complex queries and Data Analysis on the Transaction data for Audit Verification.
Understanding the Requirement from the Business and delivering the desired functionality on the tool.
Credit Risk Analytics Case Study for Exploratory Data Analysis using Pandas and Matplotlib (Python) in Jupyter Notebook through PGDDS program at IIIT-B.
