Sales Manager Auto Loan
- Understanding needs of customers, cross-selling, deal negotiation and closing, post-sales support and relationship management
- Managing a team of 7 members & handling 17 branches for New Car & Used Car Business
- Organizing promotional campaigns, training executives & branch staff about new products & scheme offering to increase lead generation
- Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team
- Conduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes
- Ensure documentation on all new loans sourced are complete
- Provide efficient and prompt service to Dealers and customers at all time
- Actively participate in all sales activities
- Cooperation and coordination with both external and internal customers
- To carry out any other appropriate duties as deemed fit by Management at all times
- Adherence to sales compliance company's policy and direction
- Managing Sales Profitability and target accomplishments for the assigned portfolio.
