  • Reduced Argon consumption in AOD vessel operations by 16% per metric tonne using Temperature control measures in 22 earmarked 200 and 300 series SS Grades.
  • Reduced Flux consumption in 321H and 316Ti Special heats SS grades upto 7% by optimizing Oxygen blowing practices in AOD vessel, achieving desulphurisation target (%S = 0.005).
  • By tracking the data of Chromium Recovery during reduction mixture stage at AOD and it's relationship with CRE, reduced the consumption of LCFeCr alloy addition at Ladle Furnace by 65%
